01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Opers ("the Marketplace"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.
02 Digital Products
All products sold on Opers are digital goods (software, source code, scripts, templates). Due to the nature of digital distribution:
• All sales are final once the download link or access is granted.
• Refunds are only issued if the file is proven defective and our team cannot resolve it.
03 License Usage
Purchasing a product grants you a Standard License. Here is what you can and cannot do:
Allowed (YES)
- ✓ Use for personal projects
- ✓ Use for 1 commercial client project
- ✓ Modify the code for your needs
Forbidden (NO)
- ✕ Reselling the source code
- ✕ Sharing download links publicly
- ✕ Claiming copyright as your own
04 Support Policy
Support is provided at the discretion of the product creator. Opers ensures files are virus-free and working as described, but does not guarantee 24/7 support for code modification or server setup unless you purchase a specific service package.
